sudden unemployment or job changes, do let us know. In severe cases, we can make a new payment plan
that works for all of us. If you consistently fail to pay the rent, we will work with the investor
to sell the house. Any loss or non-payment of rent will be deducted from your equity percentage on
sale of the home.
