Can I make a big deposit?
We require a minimum of 5% of the deposit and a maximum 20% deposit on the value of the property. So chip in whatever is possible for you!
How much do I have to pay for the rental? Is it a fixed cost?
The rental price will depend on the term of the rental agreement and the property. However, at the moment our rents costs are equivalent to a mortgage costs of 5% over a 35 year period.
Why Co-Ownership
We believe the housing model in Ireland is broken for the vast majority of those under 35. They are paying high rents but yet can't get on the housing ladder. We are helping fill the gap, helping people who can afford to own their own home but can't, a chance to get on the property ladder.
