How much do you charge for all this?
We do NOT charge any fees.
What about Stamp duty?
You will be required to cover the stamp duty costs, property registration searches and fees and your solicitors fees.
I can still benefit from government benefits on first-time purchases, right?
Yes as you are purchasing the property with us. We are working to clarify this model with the government.
But every month, I just pay the rent?
You will also need to pay for building insurance. You will also be required to have life insurance assigned to us for the value of the home. Additional charges such as property tax, utility bills and up keep of the property are also your costs.
